Knapsack

Herman, a normal man, loves Mondays. The only possible really terrible thing that could happen to Herman would be if his birthday happened to fall on a Monday. That might seem counter-intuitive, because most people love their birthday, but Herman hasn’t loved anything for a while, except Mondays. With their arrival comes the opportunity to start a new week afresh, and the vague hope that, one day, Herman will reach the weekend with a clear conscience, and will finally be able to wrap things up properly.

An absurd physical comedy written and performed by Benedict Esdale,

Knapsack addresses mental health in a big way.
